What is DropMerch?

One place for creators to sell print-on-demand merch, paid memberships and digital downloads from a shop with their own name on it. Buyers pay in ringgit and you are paid out to your bank.

Do I need a contract or a card to start?

No. The Free plan has no contract and needs no card. Upgrade to Pro, or go back to Free, whenever you like.

Can I sell things I make myself?

Yes. List your own products next to catalog items and ship them yourself. There is no platform fee on them.

Does DropMerch use AI?

Only where you ask for it. The shop assistant can draft copy or set things up for you, and it never publishes anything without you.

How much does DropMerch cost?

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is RM49 a month, or RM490 a year. On either plan:

• Catalog products: you pay the base cost only when an item sells.
• Your own products and memberships: no platform fee.
• Digital products: 5% on Free, 0% on Pro.

Card, FPX and GrabPay processing fees from our payment provider apply to each payment.

What do I get with Pro?

No fee on digital products, 100 GB of file storage, unlimited team members, up to 500 product listings and 5x more shop assistant usage. Paying yearly (RM490) saves RM98 compared with monthly.

How do my buyers pay?

Checkout takes FPX online banking, GrabPay and debit or credit cards. Prices are shown in ringgit.

How do I get paid?

Connect a payout account once, and your earnings are paid out to your Malaysian bank account in ringgit.

How much do I make on a catalog product?

Your selling price minus the base cost. For example, the Classic Cotton Tee has a base cost of RM29.00; sell it for RM59.00 and you keep RM30.00 per shirt.

Do I need to buy stock?

No. Catalog products are made when someone orders them, so there are no minimums and nothing to store.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Malaysia: 2–4 working days in West Malaysia and 4–8 in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Singapore, Brunei and other countries take 7–14 days.

Can I use my own domain?

Every shop gets a free address on dropmerch.store. You can also connect a domain you already own, on any plan.

Can I sell memberships and downloads too?

Yes. Offer monthly or yearly membership tiers with members-only posts, and sell files that buyers download after paying. Memberships carry no platform fee; digital products carry 5% on Free and 0% on Pro.

Can my team help run the shop?

Yes. Invite up to 10 team members on Free, or as many as you need on Pro, and choose what each of them can see and change.
