These terms apply when you use dropmerch.store or any shop hosted on DropMerch. By creating an account, opening a shop, buying or joining a membership you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use DropMerch.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to open a shop.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information, including the payout and tax details we ask for before paying you.
2. Running a shop
- You own your designs and content, and you give us a licence to host, display, print and ship them so we can run your shop.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload. Do not sell counterfeit goods or content that infringes others' rights, is illegal, or promotes hate or violence.
- You set your prices. Our fees and the cost of printed products are shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard before you sell.
- You are responsible for your shop's own policies (such as returns for items you ship yourself) and for honouring members' perks.
3. Buying and memberships
- Each shop is run by an independent creator. Your purchase contract is with that creator; DropMerch processes the order and payment for them.
- Printed products are made to order. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow the shop's refund policy and Malaysian consumer law.
4. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Creator earnings are paid out after the order is paid and any hold period has passed. We may hold or reverse payouts for refunds, chargebacks or suspected fraud.
5. Suspension and closing accounts
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close shops that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Liability
DropMerch is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
